Requirements for Wireless Access

What Do I Need?

To access the Cal Poly Pomona wireless network service, you will need a valid User Account and meet the below Hardware and Software requirements.

User Account:

You will use your BroncoPassword to authenticate your computer onto the wireless network. If you have any questions concerning your account, submit an IT Service Desk ticket (link opens in a new window). You will need to know your BroncoName and BroncoPassword. Hardware:

• PC computer with a wireless card
• Mac computer

 

Software:

The software needed to authenticate your computer to the wireless network depends on your hardware (wireless card). Many modern wireless cards do not need extra software.
